Dd1 Wheelbase fan running 100%, led screen remains black

Everything was working fine, I was adjusting my setup with the fanatec control panel opened, but 30s later when I looked up at my screen it said that no devices where found. My base was still on but I couldn’t turn it off with the power button to reboot it.

I unplugged the power supply cable to turn the base off and reboot it but when I powered it back on the fan was running 100% the led screen didn’t light up but the motor did it’s thing that it usually does when turning it on.

Is the base fried or it’s just a firmware thing? I got the base a week ago.. I can’t believe it -_-
