Universal Hub is not recognized

hello!

I use the Podium Racing Wheel F1.

After going through the 447 firmware update, the Podium Racing Wheel F1 does not recognize the universal hub.

Does anyone have the same symptoms?

Any solution?

Seems a lot of people have this problem, so far the only solution is to create a helpdesk ticket and send back the hub and the base for repair.

So Fanatec is aware, but not communicating.

People that ordered on BF like me basically received a DOA.

It would be nice in Fanatec would communicate, like an affected serial range or some such?
