first time setting up dd2 bass with porsche 911 gt3 with clubsport universal hub v2 base powers on then when adding wheel base window goes blank and wheel not recognized .

That's the driver, not the firmware.
Did you also updated the Firmwares?
If yes, then it's a hardware issue and you need to contact the support.

Install latest driver, open the Fanatec Control Panel, see the red Update hint, click it, open the firmware Manager, click the green update button, follow the shown steps. All explained in the included driver and firmware manual.
Thank you but I think it's more complicated for me, my pc does not detect my hardware, after installing driver 447.
