Good Morning. I formatted the computer after a few years, and went to reinstall the fanatec drivers. I have a V3 pedal, CSL Elite version 1 base and formula black steering wheel. After installing the driver, the pedal and base firmware update was indicated and I performed the update.
The problem is that after the update, my base that had customization (SEN, FOR, DRL, FEI, SPR, DPR, PROFILES 1, 2 and 3) no longer exists.
After updating, there are no more multi profiles and only have SEN and FFB as options and only one game profile.
Is this right or is there something wrong?

You did not read the big pop-up during the update which would have told you that the base will start in a (not so new anymore) Standard Tuning Menu with limited settings and ranges and how to get back into the now called Advanced Tuning Menu with all the settings by pressing the Tuning Menu Button for 3 seconds while being in the Tuning Menu.
I think there was something like that, but I don't know much English. How can I resolve this?
I gave you the instructions in my previous answer already.
I understood that I should have pressed that tunning button that told me. But I didn't, because I know little English. Now there is no such button to restart the operation. How can I resolve to have my options from before?
You NOW need to press the Tuning Menu Button for 3 seconds while being in the Tuning Menu!

just one more thing: a friend who has DD fanatec he has access to these options in the driver and I don't. It must be because of my older base and it doesn't have this support in the driver or was something wrong with my installation?
Correct, your base is too old and does not have the needed advanced electronics for this feature so it's not possible to show the Tuning Menu settings in a Software with your base.
