G Pro Wheel dead after firmware
Saturday night, after playing a bit I was asked to do firmware update on ghub. I got excited to see an update for the wheel so I immediately pushed the button. After the update I just turned everything off and went to bed. The next day I noticed the wheel was not being detected on ghub or my pc at all. The AC adapter is on but the wheel is dead… tried unplugging/plugging into different power sockets as well as usb ports. Uninstalled and deleted settings on ghub and re installed and nothing is working.
Logitech so called level 2 expert is not coming up with any answers and also taking several days just to reply with something lame. On top of that Logitech submit warranty form link just bounces you back to “contact support” and this is really annoying.
