Good morning,

I am contacting you for a problem I have with my CSL elite ps4 base, I wanted to understand how to proceed with your assistance, the base is out of warranty and was purchased used and the problem in question concerns the hub from which the vibrations come, I have even recorded a video to help you.

I would like a guide on how to proceed.
