Hello,

My DD1 wheelbase fell on its rear end while all the cables were still plugged in, and now the USB connection doesn't work. The cable was bent, so I bought a new one, which doesn't work either. I'm thinking that the port itself got damaged. Is there any way to fix it?

You most likely will need to contact the support to arrange a repair RMA at your own cost as this wont be covered by warranty...
