Pins stuck in base

Hello, I recently broke a pin from my wheel off in my wheelbase and cannot get it out. I disassembled my wheel and saw exactly what I need to replace (the female side to where the pins go in) but I dont know where to find that part? I bought the wheel used a while back so I doubt I can get it through customer support

So I come here to ask you guys if you know anywhere I can get that part or any other solution to the problem at hand,
