CSL Elite issue turning on (gets stuck)

Hello Guys,

I looked around and didnt find this issue so here we go...

Lately when I turn on my CSL elite he starts doing is calibration motion but when he goes all the way to the left he gets stuck. In order to turn it on successefully I must change the position of the base putting the wheel pointed up. I discovered this solution in some youtube comments but I want to solve this ASAP. Apart from this issue the wheel is working perfectly well. Anyone have recomendations or solutions?
