Brake Pedal Stopped Registering

Brake pedal stopped working on the CSL Elite set hooked up through the RJ12 adapter. When I swap the brake pedal into the gas pedal input it works fine. I bought a new pedal set thinking the old ones had been damaged and the same issue occurred.
