CSW 2.5 freeze problem

My base loose FFB in race and my formula v2.5 turn max left or right. All the buttons and led of the wheel are functional. No USB OFF, it stays connected to the PC. I added a USB hub powered but no changes.

Its like a freeze and the base maintains the FFB parameters received before the problem. Only button ON/OFF can stop it.

My rig is made with wood.

Do you think it's EMI ? Or a physical problem of the base ? Or another thing...

    The problem was the usb cable.
The USB socket of the base being vertical, it rested on the plate of the base fixing rig.
