Yellow/Blue flashing ligts on CLS DD

When I turn on my CLS DD the main button doesn't go into any of the set modes (PC/XBOX/COMPATIBLE) and instead the light flashes from yellow to blue. At other times when turning it on everything seems to be fine until suddenly a disconnection occurs and the yellow/blue flashing returns to the power button.
