F1 Clubsport Wheel - again and again button without function

I have a problem with the Base DD and the F1 Wheel.
In the middle of a race, the buttons no longer work. Base off and on again and it works again. Sometimes I take the wheel off and put it back on and it works again. Steering movements still work, only the buttons do not work.
Had read about it here in the forum before, is there a solution in the meantime?
Very annoying with such expensive equipment.

Make sure to use the last ones available (Driver 450 with Firmware 3.0.1.4).

then you need to contact the support as its most likely a hardware issue.

the funny thing is that after restarting the base it works again for a while. That's why I'm guessing it's a software bug...
Unlikely, otherwise a lot more people would report such an issue...
It's some kind of connection issue with the Base and the Wheel.

I can only repeat myself: it's a hardware connection issue and you have to contact the support. Nothing can be done in the Firmware to fix this.
