v3 pedals with fanalab, no wheelbase

How can I install fanalab with no wheel base?
I want to use pedal vibration, and I can't seem to find a means to do it, without fanalab.
Doesn't seem to work with latest wheel base beta drivers 3.56 and beta fanalab 1.24?

Which game? Not all game support that feature
Wanted to use in ACC.
Can I use beta wheel base drivers with just pedals?
and therefore use fanalab?
I dont think that ACC supports the vibration natively. People mention FanaLEDs which has been around longer than Fanalab.
I am not aware of you can use either without the wheelbase, have never tried.
I use simhub and it works. I haven't tried acc with it though
