Broke The Funky Switch

I just broke my funky switch on my Universal Hub V2 while putting everything together. Do you know if I can disconnect it and still use the wheel? Also does one know where to get one? Will Fanatec ship these?

    Yes - you can disconnect it and the remaining buttons will work. To enquire about replacement you will need to contact support.

    You would think they would reply to a support ticket as much $$$ I have spent with them. Is there a trick?

    Did you get an automatic "message received" notification? I ask because not only does their equipment often fail, so does their website! If you didn't get any confirmation that your message was received - try again. And again...
