SQ V1.5 No longer functioning

Just attempted to submit a help ticket, however I did not get any verification that it went through, so I'm not too sure that it did. Looking for any sort of assistance. Whenever I select any gear on the top row (R,1,3,5,7), or the middle, it registers as in reverse. Whenever I put it into a gear on the bottom row, it registers as in neutral. I have already attempted to calibrate numerous times, but that doesn't solve the issue. I have even reset the firmware on my wheelbase, but to no avail.
Any assistance would be great :)

To which Port on the back of the Base do you have the Shifter plugged in?
Oh my god I feel like such an idiot it was in shifter 2 not shifter 1. Thank you so much I didn't even think to check that! That managed to fix it, but I'm not sure why it was working up until this point, unless I accidentally swapped them around at some point. Thank you again!
