GT DD PRO issue (loss of FFB + OLED screen flickering)

When playing GT7 the wheel seems to lose connection to the wheel base. Steering and pedals keep working but without FFB and the buttons stop working also.

When not in a race and I turn the wheel the OLED screen goes out/flickers:

I have already verified the clamp on the wheel base and all seems ok.

I only played with the wheel for one day, I got it delivered yesterday, and it's already broken... Honestly I expected a lot of it for that price but am dissapointed now.

Any of you have any ideas? FW issue, maybe reflash?
