Handbrake doesnt register

So i have clubsport v3 pedals that are shown in fanatec control panel as Pedals via USB. And i also have clubsport handbrake v1.5 but the problem is the handbrake registers in control panel as Pedals via base. And if i havent used the handbrake for a bit then it dissapears form the panel and i have to pull it so it shows up again. Cant seem to find a way to put the handbrake in the actual pedals section
