Can not key in the serial number of Podium Racing Wheel F1 on My Products webpage

I have problem with my Podium hub not detected by the Podium Racing Wheel F1. Before I make support request, I have problem to key in the Serial number of the Podium Racing Wheel F1 on "My Products" webpage due to the product is no longer available. Can anyone advise on this issues?
