RMA returned not repaired

Hi, got the new csl dd bundle, it overheated after a couple of days, rma'd it, sent it back, then got email saying it was on way back too me only from dpd, not one email from Fanatec as too why no repair has been done, rma number was allover the box, came back in exact same box I sent it away in. So Peeved it unreal, the wheelbase is not being picked up by fanatec software and the casing still has melting from when it overheated. unbelieveable customer service, utterly useless, have sent an email asking why this has happened.

    Oops sorry they did fix it, had it plugged in wrong usb :) , but not replace the casing that has some melting , that will affect any future sale price Imo.
