Fanatec CSL Elite problem after Firmware upgrade

It normally works for old firmware

After the Firmware upgrade, some issues affect for example PS4 mode

Idle for around 10 min need to unplug and plug USB to reconnect PS

or change to PC Mode and back to PS4 Mode to reconnect PS

I have tried to reinstall the firmware by the guide chapter  No.8 on PC

how to fix it?
