Motor firmware 0

Hello,

Can't update the motor firmware, already tryed diferents method's.. ( Driver 336, trying with another PC, bootloader etc..)

Here are my specs:

451

Wheel Base 1.1.8.5

Wheel Base Motor 0 ( update 1.0.3.2)

Steering Wheel 46

W QR 6.0.0.2

If someone can help i appreciate that!

Already contact Fanatec waiting for answers.

You need to wait for the Fanatec support as Motor FW 0 means the Motor is dead.

But i still have FF is that normal?

That's normal, Yeah.

Communication from Motor to base however is dead.

Same issue in July 2024 for the exact same version: Wheel Base Motor 0 ( update 1.0.3.2)...

Waiting answer from the support to proceed to a replacement.

In the mean time, I reinstalled that good old Logitech G29, still working after so many years...
