Trouble happened with DD2 Base

The other day there was a problem with DD2 Wheel Base. Everything worked fine, I moved away from the cockpit for an hour, leaving the steering wheel and the PC with the game on, on arrival I saw that the base was turned off and something strange was happening when it was turned on. The inscription "Exceeded maximum rotations, please restart the wheel base" also appears on the screen. Also, the fan turns on full. I ask for help from experts, what should I do with this?

does this happen also when you restart pc?
what you todo before that? to you play any game?
if it works after restart then probably something happened in windows. if not then dunno
It happened when everything was closed on the computer and no processes were happening, while an hour before the incident everything was fine and I was driving in iRacing
