CSL DD becomes unrecognised when steering wheel is plugged in

Hi guys,


I have a brand new CSL DD and clubsport F1 esport V2 steering wheel.

Alone, the CSL DD is recognised by the control panel. But as soon as I plug the steering wheel, the CSL DD gets deconnected, and the steering wheel moves like if it was calibrating or something (but no led turns on). If I unplug the steering wheel, the CSL DD is recognised again.


I have the latest driver and everything updated. I checked everything that was advised (no faulty pin, tightened the screws, changed usb, restarted pc, even pushed the shaft and tighted the clamp). Nothing helped.


I hope you can give me some advice as it is my first experience with simracing!
