I just made a support ticket on fanatec website about my csl dd not working, do you guys know how long it takes to get a response and where they respond you? via email, website or other?

And for those who unfortunately had something wrong with their products do you think the fanatec support is helpfull? My wheel is within garantee date but I live in portugal so I dont know how I gonna resolve this issue with them

    within 3 working days usually.


    id imagine they would advise on best solutions but it would probably be send back to fanatec for assessment and repair
