cant get paddle shifter to reconize in older game. ? But they were fine at 1 time

in Wheel Bases (and Racing Wheels)

No paddle shifters, Ive tried 4 different drivers and all firmware is up to date. The 2.5 base works fine in iracing including the paddles. This all worked fine on the older game but now i can get the paddles to be reconized. Any help please ?
