In my fanalab, my steering whel appear like "not available" but the steering wheels works

Hello,

When I open my FanaLab I see the following:

All my devices are not available.

I just formatted the PC and I only install the following programs:

• Iracing
• 2023-05-18-Fanatec_driver_451.zip
• FanaLab_x86_v1.61.3.msi

I put my my CLS DD with bost kit en Red Switch and this the steering wheel and pedals are working perfectly

I just press 3 buttons at same time.

I can play but I can't configure in fanalab, I didn't see anything during the game in the steering wheel display.

My pedals are connected to the base and the base to de PC.

Any sugestion?

That means your driver installation is screwed because of the Windows format.

You need to run the driver repair feature or uninstall the driver and re-install it, then everything will work again.

Also.. Your FanaLab is COMPLETELY outdated, its basically ancient old. You should update FanaLab as well to the newest official version 1.69.7 or the newest Beta version 2.00.06.

SOLVED!!!!!

As you say I made the following steps:

1. Unistall Fanalab
2. Install Fanalab version 1.69.7. After that I see the pedals in fanalab but not the steering whel.
3. Extract the driver from ZIP. Run the driver and click over repair option. After that the installation ask me to restart PC.
4. After the restart I open the Fanalab and all works
