Connection problems rendering hardware useless

To give some background I recently just got a DD1 with shifter, handbrake, V3 inverted pedals, and a universal hub for Xbox all brand new never used. Hooked everything up and attempted to play but nothing worked, decided to hook it up to my PC and downloaded the most recent driver (Driver 451). pulled up the Fanatec Control Panel and it wont even connect to that either.

Here is what I've tried looking through the forum already

  • Drivers 442 through 451 and still wont connect with any of those

The only thing the DD1 does now when you turn it on goes to CAL and the fan runs on full.

I've submitted a support request but I have yet to hear from them for over a week now.

What other suggestions do you all have that I can try? Any help is appreciated.
