Base and wheel csl elite ps4 with f1 23 game (on PS5) , i don't feel traction lost

Is this normal for that wheel?

When I lose the car or spin it, I don't feel anything from the wheel itself and t's too late lol.

Is there anything I should set correctly to have those feelings?
