order to Canarias
I placed an order on the 6th of September to the Canary Islands and to this day I have no news of the shipping order so I have decided to revoke the order.
After requesting a refund several times, I have only received automated messages and I don't know what to do......
I will have to notify my bank in case I can get my money back.

Hola, en este sub-foro https://forum.fanatec.com/discussion/28325/question-to-spanish-users-pedidos-espana#latest tienes a un paisano tuyo, que le llego estos dias su pedido, pero el lo hizo a primeros de octubre, por si te sirve de algo.

También hice lo mismo en el portal UPS y lo Peor es que pone entregado.
Lamentable , la verdad.
