order to Canarias


I placed an order on the 6th of September to the Canary Islands and to this day I have no news of the shipping order so I have decided to revoke the order.

After requesting a refund several times, I have only received automated messages and I don't know what to do......

I will have to notify my bank in case I can get my money back.
