The official WRC game is released Nov 3. The Ford Puma rally car, which uses the rally button module in real life, is in the game. So I wouldn't be surprised if it is released some time around the game release :)

Which new driver? There was no new driver released with BMR support (yet)...
I guess the OP is thinking about the latest FanaLab release, Rally Module support is mentioned in the release notes.
