PRODUCT REGISTRATION ISSUE - GT DD PRO - NO WAY TO REGISTER THE PRODUCT

I received my order n. 1734591 after some days even if it is still in "open" - "completely shipped" status without any tracking number.

I bought GT DD PRO, 8nm BOOST KIT and CSL LOAD CELL, but THERE IS NO WAY TO REGISTER GT DD PRO item since it does not take any of the Serial Numbers indicated on the box. I am able to register other purchased products but not the GT DD PRO. The strange thing is that if I click on "Gran Turismo DD Pro (GT_DD_RWP_B_EU)" the link brings to "CSW quick release Hub" page ....another product !

I sent out several requests to FANATEC, but I did not get any feedback...so I cannot register GT DD PRO (659 euro) that is still not coverd by warranty!

I even wrote on Instagram, but I see that FANATEC is not improving at all. Here, on trustpilot, reddit there are tons of people still complaining and claiming for a feedback. No live chat, no telephone support, no feedback via email or FAnatec website form....
