McLaren GT3 v2 cleaning after removing Lovely Sticker

Hi at all,


I´m wondering how to clean my wheel after removing the sticker. I have used a heat pistol to warm up the glue but there was a massive amount of glue on the wheel. I´ve treid glue remover and the Isopropanol to clean the wheel. But the result is still not as desired. I´m wondering to use a few drops of WD40 or Ballistol to get the finish back. Dows anyoone know if this would be okay or any other hints?
