no update csl dd

in Wheel Bases (and Racing Wheels) 
hello I just purchased an 8nm csl dd. I installed the 452 software. My wheel is up to date but I cannot update my wheel base to version v1.1.10.5. When downloading the update the software tells me "please connect the wheel correctly and set it into bootloader mode". I would like to point out that my steering wheel is correctly connected to the USB port. What should I do? Sincerely
