Long USBs

Hi,

I have the CSL DD base and want to put it a bit further away from my main machine on a separate, bigger screen. I know the limitation of USB2 is 5m but the screen is further away. Has anyone had good experiences running the active cables such as FIBBR Fibre Optic USBA to USBC Cable? The other option is repeaters but again has any one have some tried and tested products?
