Problem with all wheels not detected in FanaLab with QR1base-C on GT DD Pro

I have updated drivers and firmware to the latest update. My wheels will not detect in fanaLab due to the QR1 base not making a good connection in the DD base unit. I Can't seem to open a support ticket for some reason with Fanatec. I have rolled back the driver to 452 with no positive results. I can see the DD base and pedals in FanaLab when the wheels is not connected just fine. Once the wheel is plugged in the wheel does a hiccup motion over and over and the light turns green and red each time it does the hiccup motion. Think this may be from the QR1 base-C is damaged. Any advice on opening a support ticket would be helpful.

I have reseated the shaft many times.
