Power supply

I would like to describe my problem, it looks more or less like this, yesterday I received the package, everything was great, I opened it and started to enjoy it, connected everything, it was great, but today when I wanted to turn on the CSL DD it doesn't work, I looked at the power supply and it doesn't light up, that's probably the reason base not working, what to do in this case, I already wrote to the support, but I didn't even enjoy the steering wheel very much, because the next day something didn't work anymore, is this normal? Have I had a rare accident?

Did you tried another power cable? Another power socket?
