CSL DD base goes full torque to left/right mid race
It has happened twice during my iRacing races, suddenly around lap 2/3 the base goes full torque to any side.
It goes away by restarting the base, but that's far from ideal.
Fanalab detects everything, but Fanatec control panel goes unresponsive when this happens.
How do I solve this? it is very frustrating.

My guess is EMI. Any time you have a metal wheelbase attached directly to a metal rig, there is a chance of EMI. Look into how to go about grounding your rig and setting things up to minimize the chances of something like this occurring. I had similar issues, and found some very helpful advice in this thread:

So, thinking about it, you might be right. I recall it started happening only when I added a phone as dash. A whole year back using the rig and base and that never happened.
I'll try to remove the phone and retry.
