RMA case? CSL DD "cogging/bump" on the left

Hey guys, have a question. Bought the CSL DD recently and it has very strong "cogging" on the left. I know about the magnets and that it's normal to feel them inside, my problem is that this strong cogging is only on the left and it feels (abnormaly?) strong. This effect feels like it increases with the wheelbase turned on to a point where I have to steer over a "bump" to the left and once I'm over this "bump" it pushes my steering a bit further, it's very much impacting my driving as hitting lines cleanly at the angle of that bump is almost impossible like this.
If I push ever ever so slightly up or down on my wheel, that cogging/bump goes away, could it be that something is misaligned inside?
Is this something Fanatec does RMA for? I'm pretty unhappy currently as this is really starting to impact my driving on what was supposed to be an upgrade. : /

Yes, they will ask a series of questions and tests, but they will produce an RMA.
