QR2 Lite and ClubSport DD+: full torque?

So, I ordered a ClubSport DD+ and as I'm waiting for it to arrive, I wanted to check if QR2 Lite Wheel-side will be able to utilize its full 15Nm force or if there are limitations similar to DD1/DD2 and you need a metal quick release?

Clubsport DD+ has a limiter for Lite so it will limit it to 8 I believe.
