Help!!!!
I just received my csl dd 5nm model with wrc wheel for Xbox series x. Downloaded all new firmware updates before using wheel on console, went to use the wheel made sure it was on xbox mode but some buttons are not working and directional pad not working either. Someone plz help!

The fact that you upgraded firmware and listed the models is great, but on console, you need to post what games are not working to troubleshoot. It can be title dependent. Even on PC, but not as much.
Usually you can assume the the Wheel, Pedals, and Shifter work if compatibility is correct, which yours is, but as to what buttons work it's going to be up to the developer to decide.
I do PC and PS5 and in most cases I can remap buttons on console, usually not fun to do, but some games just don't support button mapping etc.
It seems that if you're on Xbox, the lights and some buttons don't work. It's written somewhere (very small font I suppose) that there may not be full compatibility on consoles.
