Pre-Order Return Policy Question

I am currently about to purchase the CSL DD (5NM) Ready2Race bundle as my first sim setup. I know a warranty exists, but I don't know if I will like the setup enough to keep it. When does the 14-day return period kick in for pre-orders? I know it says when the receipt is processed the return period starts, but when is that exactly for pre-orders?

do note if you pre-order now its gonna take longer because they close down next week
Sorry, but what do you mean? I haven't heard of this before. I know it said orders won't be processed from Jan 3rd to the 10th, but I thought that was just an inventory thing.
this means it wont ship until after the 10th or you are very lucky because it could ship but its a very small chance
but about your question normally it starting when it is send from the warehouse like i saw with my orders
