Cogging very important

hello, I am following my second fanatec support service. first screen problem second cogging problems. I received my DD2 podium today after the second after-sales service the package arrived in an unacceptable dirty, rotten condition. I clean the dd2 podium to put it in min chassis, after 1 hour of games still a big problem with very important cogging, all the updates were carried out successfully. then I turn the dd2 back on, the computer no longer detects the podium, I reboot, the same I try update 454 still the problem. now the fan is running at full speed, no longer stops, and still a lot of cogging. I just created a third support ticket. it becomes unbearable. I bought the dd2 podium on November 20, I still haven’t played it…

That sounds quite damaged. Unfortunately, I think you're going to have to fight your way to a human in customer support somehow. Best of luck.
