Serialnumber

I try to add my serial number on the my product page for my gt dd pro.

but non of the numbers on the box or base is working.

someone having this problem to or someone knowing wich number i must use?

send already several emails to Fanatec with out any response back.

    Does it say "Article not found" when clicking on Save? If yes, website or this article is bugged. The product probably was not registered correctly by Fanatec in your account before shipping.


    I've got the same issue with my QR2 WS, I just cannot save my serial number and now I have a problem with Fanatec support because QR2 WS in involved in my ticket. And I'm not sure if support understands that there is an issue on their end. I will see when I get a reply mail in maybe a few weeks or so :(

    it indeed says Article not found" with all the serialnumbers on the box.

    hopefully Fanatec will give an answer about this.

    i contact them via Facebook, e-mail and contact form unfortunatly without any succes at this moment.
