DD Pro stuck in purple mode

My dd pro 8nm is stuck in purple mode so it will not connect with my pc. Also it will not shut off with the power button. Support does not seem to be accepting my request for help .Any ideas,anyone?

what upodate are you on what platform , we need more info

The last update was 451.But I can't change to pc mode to update the base.
