Cancellation of order, and... change of status directly?

I wanted to cancel my order this morning and I don't know what to think about it.

Once the cancellation of my order of 1300 euros was initiated, its status instantly changed to “In progress”.

How should I take it, will you reimburse it, or will you automatically change your status so as not to have to reimburse as described in your conditions of sale?

Indeed, I have serious doubts about Fanatec and these more than doubtful actions recently.

Please enlighten me?

  • For your information, on 2024-01-23 at 11:32 I cancelled my order and this morning I received a full refund.


    I am relieved but I will never come back to Fanatec.

    (I didn't make a dispute, I just cancelled and asked for a refund in the comments)
