Bye bye Fanatec
Hi, today I reached 2 months after I purchased a DD+ and some other equipment. Fanatec has been unfortunately unable to keep their promises. Pushing their delivery dates again and again.
It was going to be my first Direct Wheel and was very much looking forward to it. Despite my motivation and interest to build a nice sim rig, Fanatec's poor customer service has pushed me to re-evaluate my options and to look for something else from a company that can actually keep its word.
It could have been nice... but Fanatec pushed too much and I've lost my patience.
I hope Fanatec is as quick to return my money as they were to take it.
