After 3 months of never receiving my stuff, beeing promised a voucher that I never got, and 0 response on my emails...
I decided to never purchase again a single item to this scam company and went for a setup with a simucube 2 pro + P1000 simagic pedals
What you won fanatec by scaming me with your BF shitty sales :

- Claim form filled on european consumer center and I encourage every people to do the same in order to prevent that companies like fanatec can reproduce this again
- Simucube will thank you for the money I will spend on their brand instead of yours.

So you are a PC user? Or did you really buy Not supported hardware for your PS5 connecting with the additional adapter..
wish you all the best, that the adapter survive compatibility with any further firmware update and console generation.. otherwise you have useless hardware..
also, I didn’t find one wheel which is comparable to all the Fanatec wheel.. GT3, rally, formula..

I have a simcube 2 pro, and I wanted a new rig, to enjoy dirt 5, forza, the crew, with 4k oled, I had the idea to buy the clubsport DD, but 100% units are broken, so no thanks, buy, I will look at another brand.

The units are not 100% broken. But Fanatec is making a real mess by not responding to customers. This increases bad publicity and mistrust among potential customers.
Another brand won't necessarily be better or worse, but will at least provide assistance when needed.
simucube 2 is far better, it's my main rig, and I will not change my main rig there is nothing better, for my second rig, I won't look at fanatec, too much issues and bad support
