Tracking number created ?
Hello,
I ordered a csl dd Bundle 5nm mid december. It was out of stock until begin of January. It was ok but 5th Jan they changed the date for 25 Jan.. And mid Jan on the website it was "Ships within 4-7 days"so i guess in stock.
So I canceled my order and re did the same one... because my order was not updated. I tried to change it but no answer from support.
Then the next day it was in "Handover to warehouse" So i guess good news. (the order was done 15th Jan) And the 19 i saw on my order the track number with UPS Express Saver, when i check on their website, it's written "Label Created".
What does it mean ? is it good and they will ship it or not ? Because right now for the csl dd 5nm it's : Open for Pre-Orders
Availability date: Feb 7, 2024
So i'm really afraid...

You will have you goods any time soon not long anymore, if you create a UPS account on the app with the same email that you did like your fanatec account you can see your order if not I can help you to find your order without any tracking number. And normally you have got a sms aswell when the delivery will be no?
