Order canceled never refund ! Since 23 november
Hello everyone,
I would have preferred to come here for more technical discussion, but here I placed an order on November 24, 2023, canceled two hours later.
Firstly, they took €395 from me instead of €295 and secondly, they never refunded me or sent the steering wheel.
The cancellation was taken into account the same day. I sent several emails, they actually replied once to tell me that the problem would be resolved but that was a month ago.
What can I do to get my money back? I'm not rich.

They are scammer, I guess....
Lodge a payment dispute with your payment provider, they'll investigate and refund the money.
I had my money back within 2 hours after cancelation. Ordered a new wheel and was delivered within 2 days. They are sure as hell not scammers. Might just as well gone something wrong with the payment company

if the money was there i´m sure they will refund you. i never had issues to get my money back after cancelation
Same I cancelled a BF order and got money back same day. You’re not being scammed. Contact your bank to do a chargeback.
